Always use the App to check in. But lately I will put my name on the list. Wait is about an hour. So I show up when it tells me to. Walk in side and guess what they are an hour behind. So after checking in and waiting an hour I show up to the shop and wait another hour. Even though I used their "online check in" which is supposed to be convenient. This last time I went to check in. It tells me to call the store after calling 3 times someone finally picks up. I they ask what I want. I tell them the app told me to call the store. She cuts me off before I even finish. "Our wait time is 1.5 hours we close at 6. Mind you 1.5 would put the time at 5:15, because I called at 3:45. It just annoying if they want to shut their App down so they can go home early then say so, but don't tell me you you are to busy when there is an hour still before you close.
