Checked in 1 other customer waiting, said 22 min, there were NO customers receiving service. After maybe 5 min Marilyn walked thru cutting area but ignored us. Other got up and left. I got up, observed no one working & Meagan walked across back area, looked right at me and ignored me. I also walked out! About 5 min later I got a text saying my stylist would be available in 10 Mon! No thanks, I will go somewhere else-permanently. You should fire those two, they are costing you customers & money
