Signed in online @3:30pm. The app feedback showed my start time was 4:34pm. Arrived at the shop 4:05pm and signed in.  My name popped up on the display showing a 40 minute wait time. So now my start time is 4:45. While I wait I observe the display and my wait time keeps extending. At 4:50 my wait time finally drops below 15mins; so now I expect to be called up at 5:05pm; 30 mins late.  At 5:05 the display shows me as "On Deck"; then it changes to 3mins??  A few minutes later it shows "On Deck" again; then changes to 2mins?? Other clients names also advance from behind me to ahead of me. While sitting there my phone gets repeated texts of "Batter Up". At 5:15pm, never being called up, I give up and leave. At 5:37pm (1hr + after I should have been called up) I get a text stating "Sorry you couldn't make it".  Really??? This is not my first frustration with this shop. Prior to the COVID lock-downs I was a regular S-C customer. Lori and Lacie were my Favs! And the wait was less than 20mins after signing in. But now... too frustrating. Waiting 1hr+ plus after signing in, and watching my wait time grow is too much. Taking my business elsewhere.

I also forgot to mention. I went in a few days prior to that. And the sign on the door said they were open till 6. But when I got in there just before 2. I was told they were closing at 2 because they were slow. First off am I not a customer and second of all. Who closes a hair place at 2 on a weekday. People work, so of course your slow. This place just needs to o be shutdown. Because the employees you currently have don't want to work. And when they do want to work. In my experience aren't very good at it. And that applies to cutting hair and personal engagement.

First off, I went in there about a week ago. I don't know if you guys discontinued some of your services. But I went in hoping too get the 25 dollar full package. But I don't know if your not doing it right now or I just wasn't offered it. Second, I typically go to the barber shop to get my haircut and conversate. But on this occasion. Zoey, I believe that was her name. From the moment I sat down. She talked and talked and talked some more all about herself and her family. And the only time I really had a chance to speak. Was when she was taking a breath. Anytime I spoke I felt like she was just waiting to talk more about herself. It was a very uncomfortable visit and not stress relieving at all. Like I would typically experience. Lastly, when I got home. I realized that my sideburns were two different lengths. And I also had one long strand of hair hanging from the back of my head. So my overall experience was below standards for the service you typically provide. And maybe tell your stylist that the customer is number one. And they don't need an overview of there entire life. Plus she was just really snotty from beginning to start.
